New Property Developments in Hung Shui Kiu

Hung Shui Kiu is a predominantly rural residential area covering parts of Yuen Long and Tuen Mun districts. The supply of new developments in Hung Shui Kiu is on the rise as the neighbourhood’s new town project is in the making, aiming to house a large population by 2030.The area has marked its self-sustainability with the establishment of its first public estate, Hung Fuk Estate, which consists of nine residential blocks and a shopping centre, a wet market, and a public community building.The town welcomes more and more low-rise, low-density new builds as the proposed MTR station and other transport projects are set to enhance the neighbourhood’s connectivity, whereas property prices in Hung Shui Kiu are expected to see an improved potential.
