The CD blocks face west, towards Hong Kong Park and Central and the apartments are 1090 and 1107sf. EF are 1107 and 1075sf respectively, and again there are north-facing views towards the Harbour. They all originally had balconies but some are now enclosed. Layouts vary as they are multi owned. Being located midway along Kennedy Road behind the petrol station, there is easy access to both the steps down to Star Street and Pacific Place as well as to the Bowen Road running trail.
