Discovery Bay is a large-scale resort-style residential development located in northeastern Lantau Island. The units in this area are spacious and open, and the rent level is relatively low, including residents of different nationalities from all over the world. The area is mostly composed of high-rise apartments and independent bungalows, with leisure clubs and residents-only beaches for residents to enjoy.
Most residents take high-speed ferries to and from Central. They can also take VIP buses and transfer to shuttle buses at Sunny Bay and Tung Chung MTR stations to and from Discovery Bay.
