One of great and unobstructed sea view apartment in a colonial low rise in Stanley, the apartment has a sizeable balcony where table and chairs can easily be placed for the tenant to enjoy breeze and postcard sunset view. All the bedrooms are so good size that king size bed can be put in the middle with a lot of spare spaces for wardrobes and furniture. It does not have any communal facility but the beach is close by for couple minutes of walking. Also, it takes 10 minutes to shop mall and food area in Stanley which are convenient to the Tenant.
