Nearby, there are views of the estate's gardens, surroundings, and the sea, while distant vistas include the cityscape of Whampoa and the mountainous scenery of Mount Butler.
Within the estate, there is a shopping mall, surrounded by numerous shops catering to daily dining and shopping needs. Within a 5 - 10 minute walk, one can reach large shopping centers such as Harbour North and Fortress Tower. While there are no resident clubhouse facilities, there are 2 private platform gardens and a swimming pool. Additionally, nearby attractions include Tong Shui Road Garden, North Point Promenade, and CJava Road Sports Centre, providing recreational activities.

This phase consists of 7 buildings, each with 25 - 26 floors, offering a total of 650 units. Completed in November 1982.
Most units in Phase 1 facing north (Units A, B) enjoy sea views, with Blocks 1, 6, and 7 having an advantage, while Blocks 2 and 5 are partially obstructed by other blocks. Most units facing south have views of other buildings, with some top-floor units offering distant views of Mount Butler. Blocks 1 and 2 are situated near schools, with potential noise issues on lower floors.
Phase 2: Blocks 8 - 17
Located at 35 - 53 Wharf Road, facing north towards the Island Eastern Corridor and Victoria Harbour, eastward towards North Point Promenade Garden, southward towards Provident Garden, and westward towards Phase 1 of the Provident Centre. This phase consists of 10 buildings, each with 25 floors, offering a total of 800 units. Completed from November 1983 to May 1984.
