Neighbourhood Features
Tsim Sha Tsui East is part of the eastern expansion of Tsim Sha Tsui. It is primarily a low-density commercial and entertainment district. In addition to commercial buildings, there are numerous bars, restaurants, snack shops, and the beautiful coastal scenery, making it a popular destination for visitors on weekends. Tsim Sha Tsui East was originally part of Hung Hom Bay, later developed through land reclamation to become the present Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade.
The promenade connects Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui, offering a famous tourist attraction with expansive views of Victoria Harbour. The recently completed K11 MUSEA is a large shopping mall in the area, providing a diverse range of consumer choices, with a variety of shops and dining options to meet daily needs.
In terms of transportation, in addition to the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui stations, there are multiple bus routes along Salisbury Road, providing easy access to various districts in Hong Kong. The Star Ferry is also available for travel between Central and Wan Chai.

There are also private buildings like Hilton Towers. The nearby amenities are comprehensive, and the environment is relatively tranquil, making it an attractive residential area.
