Neighbourhood Features

Jordan is located in the southwest part of the Yau Tsim Mong District, adjacent to the West Kowloon Reclamation Area. It connects to Tsim Sha Tsui to the south and Yau Ma Tei to the north, with mostly commercial buildings in the area.

As the redevelopment progresses in the Yau Tsim Mong District, part of Jordan's land (bordering Jordan Road and Ferry Street) is also redeveloped. It encompasses integrated development in commerce, culture and arts, and residential areas. In the future, there will be more new buildings in Jordan, bringing a new look to the area.

The central point in the area is Jordan Station and the surrounding Jordan Road. Nearby, there are shopping destinations like Yue Hwa and JD Hall, catering to the residents' consumer needs. Green facilities such as Kowloon Park and the King George V Memorial Park are nearby, providing ample recreational space.

In terms of transportation, the area has a mature railway network, enjoying the convenience of Jordan Station, Austin Station, and West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. It is also not far from Kowloon Station. Nathan Road and Jordan Road have multiple bus and minibus routes connecting to various districts in Hong Kong.

Residential Distribution

Residential areas are concentrated on both sides of Nathan Road and around the King George V Memorial Park. Residential buildings along Nathan Road near Jordan Station have complete living facilities. Private buildings in this area include Pak Lok Building, Ko Kie Building, Pak Shing Building, Nanking Building, Carmen's Garden, Emperor Height, Fortune Terrace, City 18, Glory Court, Hong Yuen Court, and Parkes Residence. Many of these are older single-block buildings.

Residential buildings around the King George V Memorial Park, close to Austin Station or Yau Ma Tei Station, benefit from the West Rail Line and some have sea views. Private buildings in this area include Man Fai Building, Man King Building, Man Wah Building, Kay Pont Building, Lee Shing Mansion, The Lodge, Wai Ching Court, AVA 62, Liberty Mansion, and The Jordan. Among them, Grand Austin, The Austin, and The Austine Place are newer developments with proximity to Austin Station.
