Apart from Shek O Village, most private residential buildings are located in Shek O Headland, such as Yau Yuen, Bigga Villa, Capescape, Cot by the Sea, Forest Hill Lodge, Mings Villa, Unir Garden, and Wing House. This area extends to Big Wave Bay, with a significant number of residences enjoying a certain degree of sea views.
