Neighbourhood Features
Ha Tsuen is situated in the western part of Yuen Long District, also known as Ha Tsuen Village, one of the "Six Villages of Yuen Long." It has now been incorporated into the scope of the "Hung Shui Kiu New Development Area Planning" and is slated for the development of residential, industrial, or recreational projects. The area preserves several declared monuments, including Tang Clan Ancestral Hall, Yeung Hau Temple, and the Ha Pak Nai Fortified Structure, all of which hold cultural and heritage value.
For daily necessities, residents can visit the nearby Tin Shui Wai Town Center, and for a broader range of shopping options, Yuen Long, with its numerous large shopping malls, is easily accessible. In terms of transportation, the area is served by bus and minibus routes connecting to various parts of the New Territories and Kowloon. There are also dedicated minibuses to Shenzhen Bay, providing convenient travel for residents to and from mainland China.
Residential Distribution
Residential areas are concentrated along the West Rail Line, near Hung Shui Kiu, characterized by low housing density and a tranquil surrounding environment. Private estates in this area include Benz Court, Fu Yee Garden, Galore Garden, King's Garden, and Kwong Ip Villa.
