Queen's Terrace consists of 3 Blocks, facing north towards the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Park and Victoria Harbour, south towards Mid-levels West, and other directions offering views of surrounding commercial buildings. The Blocks are 38 to 46 stories high (excluding floors 4, 13, 14, 24, 27, 34, 44, 54), with each floor accommodating 8 or 10 units. Each Block provides a limited number of special units, including top-floor units with rooftops and lower-floor units with platforms.

Adjacent to the core business district of Sheung Wan and Central, the location is both vibrant and peaceful, making it one of the few developments in the area offering over a thousand units. Within a 10-minute walk from Sheung Wan and Sai Ying Pun MTR stations, the neighborhood has tram stations connecting various parts of Hong Kong Island, as well as multiple bus and minibus routes to and from Kowloon and the New Territories. Queen's Terrace Block 1 and Queen's Terrace Block 2 are located west of Queen's Road. Block 1 has 46 stories (2-55/F), and Block 2 has 40 stories (2-47/F), with each floor having 10 units. The standard unit types are as follows:

• 3-bedroom units (B, D, G, I) - Area: 516 - 539 sq. ft.
• 2-bedroom units (A, E, F, J) - Area: 393 - 412 sq. ft.
• 1-bedroom units (C, H) - Area: approximately 322 sq. ft.

Units primarily face northwest or southeast. Higher floors facing northwest enjoy views of the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Park and Victoria Harbour, with distant views of West Kowloon. Block 1, with its greater height, offers better sea views, while mid to low floors emphasize building views.
