Neighbourhood Features
Kowloon City is located to the north of Ma Tau Wai, south of Lok Fu, and east of Kowloon Tsai, spanning across Kowloon Walled City Park, Carpenter Road to Nga Tsin Wai Road. Historically, due to its proximity to the Kai Tak Airport, building heights in the area were restricted. However, after the relocation of the old airport, Kowloon City saw the addition of many standalone high-rise buildings, creating a stark contrast with the older buildings in the district.

With the completion of the Tuen Ma Line's Sung Wong Toi Station, Kowloon City finally has access to rail transport, significantly improving local transportation convenience. Moreover, major roads such as Prince Edward Road West, Nga Tsin Wai Road, and Carpenter Road have multiple bus and minibus routes connecting the district to various areas in Hong Kong.

Residential developments are mainly concentrated from Prince Edward Road West to Argyle Street and from Nga Tsin Wai Road to Carpenter Road. The area around Prince Edward Road West to Argyle Street is close to To Kwa Wan, with proximity to several playgrounds, making it convenient to walk to To Kwa Wan and the city center of Kowloon City.
