We have local restaurants around and Ko Shan Theatre is nearby, so you can have authentic local experience. It is accessible to places due to wide network of buses and MTR. It is a safe area, there is a security guard in my building. There are 2 lifts. There are 25 floors in the building, and 2 flats on each floor. There are cameras in the lifts and the front door of the building.

It is fully furniture with cooking utensils, oven, refrigerator, mattress, disposable hairbrushes, disposable toothbrushes, disposable cups, shaving kits, toothpastes, shampoo, shower gel, and clean towers, bed sheet, pillow, pillow case, duvet, duvet case. $7,000 for one person per month, or $10,000 for 2 people per month. The rent includes water, electricity and internet.
