We are Kailash Apartments at Jardine's Lookout, Hong Kong. Our neighbourhood is located at a 3-minute taxi ride uphill from Causeway Bay MTR Exit E (taxi stand is between Armani Exchange and 24-hour Wellcome Supermarket), or a short minibus ride from the Lee Gardens. Weekly cleaning, weekly changing of beddings, all utility charges (water, electricity, gas, local telephone, broadband, wifi) are inclusive in the rent. Optional extras (such as towel laundry service and additional cleaning sessions) are listed on Page 2 of the PDF. Please note that as part of our effort to save the environment, consumables such as toiletries and papers are not included. Please also note that our property adopts a smoke-free policy; tenants will be charged a HK$3000 cleaning fee for smoking indoor.
