Properties in North Lantau are located on the northern shore of Lantau Island, comprised of areas like Tung Chung, Tai Ho Wan, Siu Ho Wan, and some parts of the northeastern Lantau. Tung Chung is among them the most developed neighbourhood, with a sophisticated network of commercial, residential arcades, and community facilities.
While Tai Ho Wan and Siu Ho Wan are still rural and without a settled population, a development initiative has been launched, in a bid to provide more square feet for commercial, residential, education, and logistics purposes with reclaimed lands. North Lantau’s property projects are going to be key players in the overall residential supply in the foreseeable future.
