Neighbourhood Features
Tiu Keng Leng is located in the southwest of Tseung Kwan O. Originally, it was an area with squatter huts. However, in the 1990s, as part of the Tseung Kwan O New Town development, the government officially cleared the squatter huts and redeveloped the area to accommodate a larger population.

Additionally, some old buildings, such as the former Tiu Keng Leng Police Station, have been preserved and repurposed as historical museums.

There are also multiple bus routes connecting the area to various districts in Hong Kong. Tiu Keng Leng is further connected by the Tseung Kwan O Cross-Bay Link and the Tseung Kwan O South Waterfront Promenade, linking the nearby areas like Tseung Kwan O town center and Lohas Park.
