Neighbourhood Features
Lo Wu is located in the northeastern part of the Yuen Long District in the New Territories, adjacent to the Shenzhen River, making it a border area of Hong Kong. The district is subject to regulations governing the border area, resulting in a relatively low residential population. Due to its proximity to mainland border crossings, many cross-border families reside in the area, facilitating easy travel to and from the mainland. For residents with shopping needs, Yuen Long town center is accessible, offering a variety of shops and restaurants to meet daily needs. In terms of transportation, the district has the Lok Ma Chau Station on the East Rail Line. With the opening of the East Rail Line's Admiralty Station, travel time to and from Hong Kong Island has been significantly reduced. Additionally, there are bus and minibus routes connecting the area to various parts of the New Territories.
