Terms & Conditions

• 100% NON REFUNDABLE prepayment will be settled by guest and incidental charges to be settled by guest own account on weekly basis. A credit card guarantee is required upon check-in.

• To enjoy the above special long stay rate, a minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights is required. More than 30 nights will be pro rate upon reservations (NOT in-house extension)

• Full prepayment has to be made 7 business days (Monday to Friday) before the long stay lease commences.

• No cancellation or shorten of stay is allowed after confirmation. No refund nor credit will be issued.

• Rates are non-commissionable.

• 24 hours advance reservation is required for restaurants and spa treatment bookings.

• Dining discounts are to be enjoyed during the stay and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, programmes or gift certificate.
