Neighbourhood Features
Luen Wo Hui is located in the northern part of Fanling. It gained its name from the once-thriving Luen Wo Market, which boasted over a hundred stalls and shops. The market ceased operations in 2002, and in 2018, the government announced a revitalization project. The prosperity of Luen Wo Market has spurred the development of surrounding residential areas, with most constructions centered around the market and equipped with estate shopping malls.
Conveniently situated in the area are several shopping centers such as Regentville Shopping Centre, Belair Monte Shopping Mall, Green Code Plaza, and Wing Fuk Centre Commercial Complex, connected by pedestrian footbridges, offering a diverse range of consumer choices.
In addition, the community is well-equipped with facilities including Luen Wo Hui Market, cooked food centers, public libraries, sports halls, and municipal buildings. In terms of transportation, besides the nearby Fanling MTR Station, Luen Wo Hui Bus Terminus provides multiple bus and minibus routes connecting to various districts in Hong Kong.
