Neighbourhood Features
Diamond Hill is located to the east of Wong Tai Sin and south of Tsz Wan Shan, primarily constituting a residential area. In the 1960s, there were stone quarries in the region, gradually phased out over time. The reclaimed land saw the development of housing estates like Fung Tak Estate, Tsui Wan Shan School Village, and Po Kong Village Road Park.
Subsequently, the government increased the supply of both public and private housing, including recently completed new public housing and green living projects near Diamond Hill station.
Hollywood Plaza stands out as a local landmark, offering a variety of shops and dining options to meet daily shopping and entertainment needs. The surrounding area features recreational facilities such as Fung Tak Park, Hammer Hill Road Sports Ground, and various sports centers, providing comprehensive leisure activities.
It's worth noting that the area includes a crematorium and cemetery, which may be sensitive for some individuals. In terms of transportation, since the opening of the Tuen Ma Line, Diamond Hill MTR station has become an interchange station, facilitating faster travel between Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

Residential developments are concentrated around the Diamond Hill MTR station and the area near Fung Shing Street. Housing estates near the railway station provide convenient access to lifestyle amenities, primarily consisting of subsidized housing like Bel Air Heights, Lung Poon Court, and Fung Tak Estate, as well as private residences like Galaxia.
The area around Fung Shing Street is closer to the Ma On Shan Country Park, offering a serene environment with green vistas. Housing estates in this area include Grand View Garden, Sun Lai Garden, Kingsford Terrace, King Hin Court, King Lai Court, and King Shan Court.
