Clubhouse with swimming pool and fitness room.

This unit was purchased three years ago. It has three bedrooms and one living room. It is especially suitable for a family of four, including workers. The three rooms include the master room; children's upper and lower bunk beds; workers plus study.

When I moved in more than two years ago, the whole house was painted with natural environmental protection paint. The children's room is also rebuilt, with two desks and floor cabinets.

In Sun Hung Kai Building, the floor of the building is about 30cm higher than that of ordinary buildings, and the sense of space is larger and more comfortable.

The former owner is the first-hand owner, the decoration is exquisite and the maintenance is very good.

The living and dining room is divided by an arc design, which is elegant and has beautiful lines.

Although there are about one meter of scratch marks on the floor of the living room, the dining room has a large glass wall mirror of about 6 meters x 2 meters, which doubles the sense of space.

There is a large terrace on the side of the living room, about 30 to 40 feet, and has a partial view of the mountains. It is very suitable for working at home and planting small potted plants. The terrace is equipped with manual lifting and drying equipment, which is convenient and easy to use.

The kitchen is spacious, with a large zinc plate, and a range hood is newly installed, which is convenient for cooking. But the four-burner cooking stove is old, and the lighter occasionally fails.

The bath tub in the bathroom and the zinc plate in the kitchen are all Kohler originals. Toto.

The whole house has a large number of built-in wall and floor cabinets for storage, and the storage space is abundant.

Most of the furniture and lighting in the whole house were bought two years ago, and the property price already includes furniture.

The curtains of the whole house were custom-made three years ago, including the master room and children's room, with full blackout curtains. However, the curtain rails on one side of the living room are old and need to be used with care.

The whole house, except the children's room, is decorated with ceiling lines.

The building is close to Eagle's Nest Mountain, the air is good, and you can walk for a few minutes to the hiking trail next to the bus terminal on Changfa Street, and cross a bridge to Monkey Mountain.

It is close to So Uk Village, and the environment is generally quiet, but there are occasional traffic jams on Po Po Road, which is quite responsive.

Most of the building views belong to the watchtowers, and the nearest Suwu Village is only separated by a security road. Fortunately, Suwu Village is a new building, and the landscape is still fresh and clean. The children's room and the large terrace can see part of the mountain view.

Brokers are temporarily declined here, and those who wish to inspect the property can directly contact the owner himself.
