This dectached house is located in Wong Keng Tei, in the last village before the Country Park Gates. It has a small beach in front of the house and it overlooks the bay - a fantastic location. The village is very quiet and private. There is a bus stop right at the top of the access road and only 10 minutes into Sai Kung town by car. It borders on the Sai Kung Country Park so lots of good walking and hiking trails right on the doorstep.
The house itself is a traditional three storey free standing village house. It has four bedrooms, two of which are en suite plus another family bathroom. Open plan lounge kitchen with a guest bathroom. The master bedroom has a large walk in dressing room. Spacious en suite amah's roof on the top level. It also has use of an outside tv room with folding doors that open onto the outdoor area. Three large car park spaces in front of the house.
There is also a small boat slipway in front of the house and there are three very secure established small boat moorings right in front of the house.
