- Second bedroom with L-shaped windows is decorated as a reading/lounging room but can easily be reinstated into a bedroom.

- Nicely decorated, bright, apartment with large windows on opposite sides of the living and dining room, which is a long rectangular shape that can be divided.
- King-size bed, TV on cabinets, mounted drawers and bedside cabinets are set in the center of the huge master bedroom. Wardrobes are set on the other side of the room. There are also large windows on opposite sides of the room to make the room fresh and bright.
- Kitchen is clean, white and modern. White cabinets and essential appliances are installed.
- Ensuite and guest bathrooms are both clean and tidy.
