The first 128-unit price list of Phase 3C Blue Coast II on the south coast of Hong Kong Island at Wong Chuk Hang Station was announced yesterday. The discounted admission fee is NT$9.214 million and the discounted average price per square foot is NT$21,526, which is higher than the price of Phase 3B Blue Coast II at the end of March this year. The average discounted price of the first batch of projects on Coast is 2% lower, setting a new low in the history of the average discounted price per square foot of the first batch of projects on the south coast of Hong Kong Island. Cheung Kong revealed that it will sell it at a "loss of money" price this time, and the price will definitely increase if it is launched later.

The first batch of units in BLUE COAST II range from two to three bedrooms, with salable areas ranging from 485 to 781 square feet. Among them, 78 are two-bedroom units and 50 are three-bedroom units.
