SHKP to Provide 120% Mortgage for Park Yoho Genova Buyers
Sun Hung Kai Properties will provide mortgage loans of up to 120% to buyers of flats at its Park Yoho Genova project in Yuen Long, sparking some concerns over the strength of the purchasing power of some homebuyers. Sun Hung Kai yesterday launched its first price list for 138 Park Yoho Genova units at an average per square foot price of HK$11,550 to HK$13,750 after discount. The first batch of flats for sale comprises two- to three-bedroom flats. The project will provide 683 units, comprising studios up to four-bedroom flats.

Ocean Supreme To Release Price List this week
Cheung Kong Property will release this week the first price list for flats in the second phase of Ocean Pride – Ocean Supreme in Tsuen Wan. The second phase will provide a total of 1,436 flats, comprising two- to four-room flats over four towers. Cheung Kong real estate director William Kwok Tsz-wai said the sales brochure and 6 show flats with two to four bedrooms had been made available.
